Refund policy
Returns
Due to the nature of cosmetics products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item
- You received a damaged or defective products
if this occurs, please contact us withing 48hrs of delivery at sunshinecosmetics025@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photo of the item(s) received
- A brief description of the issue
Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible
Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
- A replacement will be sent at no additional cost, or
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method (processing times may vary depending on your bank)
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will not be issued for incorrect shade selection or change of mind
Non-Refundable Items:
The following items are non-eligible for refunds or exchanges:
- Opened or used products
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
